Shipping

We offer FREE shipping for Imaging Lab (printed) orders totaling $100.00 or more before tax. We have in store pick-up with UPS, whereas the mail service does not easily meet our pick-up needs. UPS ground service is offered Monday-Friday for daily pick-ups to ensure your order gets to you in a timely manner. Overnight and Saturday delivery is not available with this offer. For orders less than $100.00, please see ship rate list below. Overnight and Saturday delivery, oversized packages (as defined by UPS) and packages weighing more than 10 pounds will incur additional fees.

Please mark your order with whether you want us to ship all orders together, if you want us to ship on a certain day of the week, or to call you first to verify how or when you want it shipped. At Christmas, things get a little crazy when multiple orders are being received via the mail and internet, so please mark orders appropriately.

We will happily ship directly to your customer for an additional charge. Be sure to include all shipping information including your client’s name, address and phone number on the order form when you need this service. Please create a separate bag or mark on the order form to indicate when you want this service.

Once in a while, an order may arrive damaged. Please call 1-800-PICK-UPS to report a claim and leave the items with the box for the driver to pick up. UPS will need to see the damaged product and may return the items back to us. It will only take a few minutes. We will do the paperwork.

Contact us for the damaged items to be reprinted either by phone, fax or email. You can use our Web Uploader or ROES the order back to us again so we can get the replacement order done as soon as possible for your client. There will be no additional charges for the damaged items if UPS is contacted and a claim is filed. If your client was directly shipped, they must call UPS to report the product damage. Once you resubmit the order we will expedite it immediately.
