Roes Digital Manager is our preferred method of accepting digital orders via the internet. It is a Java language application that runs through your internet browser. Because the application is java based it is able to run on nearly any operating platform including Windows, MAC OS, Linux and Unix.

Install ROES Digital Manager: 
  • Download and install ROESDownload ROES
  • Java is required before installation
  • Installation process will begin automatically
  • Next you will see “Enter Customer information”, use the information provided by 803 Labs, Inc. to fill this in.

Order Turn Around Times:

Once we receive your order you will get a confirmation email.  If you do not get a confirmation email, we did not get your order.  The email confirmation is the time stamp of order receipt at 803 Labs.  Orders received after 9:00 AM will not be guaranteed for same day delivery.  If you do net get a confirmation email, please contact us so we can help determine why you didn't.

- Orders with print sizes 10x15 and smaller received at 803 Labs before 9:00 AM, Monday through Friday will be ready for pick up after 4:00 PM the same day.

- Orders with print sizes 11x14 and larger on Lustre paper will be ready after 4:00 PM the following business day. Orders with Pearl or Glossy enlargements will be available for pick up in 2 business days after 4:00 PM from the day we receive the order.

- Orders with canvas or watercolor prints take 5 business days.

- Roes picture books take 10 days to 2 weeks.

- Orders with press prints will be ready the next business day after 4:00 PM following client approval.

Sending an order is not instantaneous.  The larger the order the longer sending will take.  A very large order could take hours to send.
